Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the framework for hypnotherapy and mindset support sessions with Bryony Way, ensuring clarity and fairness for both client and therapist.

Sessions

Both the initial consultation and standard sessions last approximately 60–75 minutes. The agreed fee per session is stated on the Sessions and Prices page. The number of sessions varies depending on the individual. You are free to decide how many sessions you would like, and this can be reviewed as you go along. As. guide, many clients choose to plan for between 8 and 12 sessions, although this may be more or less depending on what you would like to achieve.

Session Scheduling and Attendance

Your initial consultation time is usually the appointment time that will be offered to you for ongoing weekly sessions. Weekly appointments are recommended as consistency helps build momentum and achieve the best results. If you know in advance that you are unable to attend a session, I will do my best to rearrange your appointment where availability allows. If you are unable to attend your sessions for more than one week, I may be unable to continue holding your regular appointment time. Towards the end of your sessions, if you wish to reduce the frequency of your appointments, if availability allows, up to two fortnightly sessions may be offered to support your progress and transition.

Appointments and Cancellations

Missed appointments, or appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, are chargeable at the full fee. If you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment, please telephone or text 07342 338284.

Late Arrival

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions may need to be shortened depending on subsequent client bookings. The full session fee will still apply.

Payments

Payments can be made in advance or at the end of each session by cash, card, or bank transfer.Invoices can also be provided on request.

Respect and Rights

Clients will be treated with respect and care at all times. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone therapy if I feel threatened, disrespected, or consider that hypnotherapy is not appropriate at that time.

Where appropriate, clients may be signposted to another professional or service better suited to their needs.
